We’re over the moon to share some exciting news with you! Our team has been named a finalist in the prestigious 2024 Isle of Wight Chamber Business Awards! 🎉
Over the last five years, we’ve been hard at work refining our training programmes, aligning them with the high standards set by The British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc). It’s a huge honour to be considered for the Training and Development Award, recognising our efforts in this area.
Training is at the heart of what we do. We ensure every member of our staff receives BICSc training alongside site-specific instruction. This commitment not only elevates our team’s safety and performance but also paves the way for career advancement within the cleaning industry.
Last year was a landmark for us as we celebrated our 25th year in the business. Among the highlights was achieving accredited training center status and having our management team qualify as licensed assessors. These achievements have significantly boosted our training programmes and abilities.
We owe a big thank you to our incredible team. From our front-line operatives to managers, supervisors, and office staff, everyone has played a part in getting us to this point. Being recognised as a finalist is a testament to their dedication and hard work.
