We are looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaning Operative to support our day-to-day operation and growth of the business across the Isle of Wight. The role: The role of our mobile cleaning operatives is to support the day to day running of the business and team to help ensure we provide excellent hygiene standards within the scope of the agreed specification and allocated hours.
The role involves cleaning various sites daily, meaning you must be self-motivating and be able to work unsupervised. The right candidate will need to have a flexible, effective communication along with a can do and helpful attitude. Purpose of role: Supporting the day to day running of operations. Carrying out cleaning tasks to specification. Conducting more specific Top Mops quality service. Covering holidays, sickness, and other shifts across several sites as required.
A full valid driving licence is required for this role. A company vehicle will be provided. Full BICSc training will be provided. Working days: This is a full-time position, working 6 days a week. Hours of work can vary to support business needs, including, early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.
Salary: £10.90 per hour.
Salary Range – On average working, 48 – 60 hours would be £27,206 -£34,008/annum.
